Engineering Manager
Lead the design and execution of test strategies for complex Salesforce solutions, driving both manual and automated testing using Apex, Lightning, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end‑to‑end test strategies for Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Apex test methods, Selenium, and Lightning testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and scripts.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user‑acceptance testing, ensuring high‑quality releases.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous validation.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test design, code coverage, and defect management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development and testing, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Proven expertise in building automated tests using Selenium, Apex test classes, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles, change sets, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills to drive quality across cross‑functional teams.
