Senior developer responsible for Salesforce administration, Apex development, and Lightning component implementation, ensuring secure, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions that meet business needs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce orgs: user provisioning, security controls, permission sets, and data management.
- Design, code, and test Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to extend platform functionality.
- Build and maintain Lightning components (Aura and LWC) for intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
- Configure and optimize workflows, process builder, flows, and dashboards to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Aura framework.
- Strong understanding of security model, data architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce CLI).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
