About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate, validate, and analyze data across Salesforce, marketing automation, and other digital touchpoints to uncover performance trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to provide real‑time insights to commercial stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and execute data‑driven digital campaigns and omnichannel strategies.
- Ensure data quality and governance across all CRM and campaign datasets, implementing best practices for data hygiene.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading data analytics projects within a Salesforce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, CRM operations, and digital campaign measurement.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data governance and quality assurance in a commercial setting.
