Engineering Manager
Technical Lead responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable Salesforce and GTM solutions, including CPQ, automation, data flows, and system integrations, while providing expert troubleshooting and strategic guidance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end Salesforce and GTM architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with revenue processes.
- Lead CPQ strategy, configuration, and lifecycle management as the primary subject‑matter expert.
- Develop custom Apex code, Lightning components, and Flow automations to meet complex business requirements.
- Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event‑driven patterns.
- Own data modeling, migration, and governance to ensure clean, accurate data flows across revenue platforms.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including advanced Apex, Flow, and CPQ implementations.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing integrations between Salesforce and ERP/CRM/GTM systems.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, migration strategies, and data quality best practices.
- Experience leading technical projects, mentoring developers, and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
