About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver agentic AI solutions on Salesforce, leveraging LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and context‑window optimization.
- Design autonomous routing systems that use semantic understanding to execute multi‑step tool calls across enterprise services.
- Implement high‑scale data synchronization patterns, ensuring consistency between Salesforce and external systems via REST, gRPC, and event‑driven architectures.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with security, governance, and data teams to embed AI governance and data‑governance best practices.
- Integrate MuleSoft APIs and Salesforce Pub/Sub for real‑time data flow and orchestration.
Requirements
- Deep experience with Salesforce architecture and API ecosystems (REST, gRPC, Pub/Sub).
- Proven track record in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and token‑efficient design.
- Strong knowledge of event‑driven and microservices patterns, including MuleSoft integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, cross‑functional team.
