About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI‑powered automation workflows within Salesforce using Apex, Flow, and Einstein features.
- Design, build, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous deployment in a Salesforce environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning components.
- Proven experience with AI/ML integration in Salesforce (Einstein, predictive models, or custom AI services).
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing for Salesforce.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in an agile environment.
