About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and launch Agentforce agents within the Salesforce platform to automate customer‑facing and internal service processes.
- Create and refine agent instructions, topics, and actions using Agentforce Studio, applying approved prompt‑engineering techniques.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver grounded, context‑aware AI responses leveraging unified customer and case data.
- Extend agent functionality through Apex code, Flow automations, and external API integrations as needed.
- Fine‑tune AI model settings, validate outputs, and ensure responses meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Flow.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud integration.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI model configuration for enterprise use.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs for external system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and validate AI‑generated content for accuracy and compliance.
