Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Salesforce orgs, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules to meet agency requirements.
- Implement and maintain low‑code solutions, integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and robotic process automation tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to design data models, reports, and dashboards that drive operational insights.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance, performing regular audits and applying role‑based access controls.
- Provide end‑user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce features and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Salesforce in a federal or regulated environment.
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of low‑code platforms, automation, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
