Software Engineer
Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce to support business processes, ensuring data integrity, automation, and security while delivering insightful reporting and integrations with external systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs, including objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement automation (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage data quality through data imports, exports, deduplication, and validation, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Implement security controls, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to protect sensitive data.
- Generate and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision‑making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) preferred; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) a plus.
