Software Engineer
Lead the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, driving data integrity, automation, and reporting to empower ministry operations and enhance user experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce org, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules to meet ministry needs.
- Design and implement process automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Manage data quality through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and import/export processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Integrate Salesforce with third‑party applications (e.g., email, payment gateways) using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure data security and compliance by configuring profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a non‑profit or ministry environment.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) preferred; advanced certifications a plus.
