Key Responsibilities
Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure secure and appropriate access.
Design, build, and maintain automation using Process Builder, Flow, and validation rules.
Perform data imports, exports, de‑duplication, and regular data quality audits.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom objects to meet stakeholder needs.
Provide Tier‑1 support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to end‑users.
Requirements
3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Lightning Experience, data management tools, and automation features (Process Builder, Flow).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
