Lead Salesforce administration and release engineering for a mission‑critical DHS project, deploying Public Sector Solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth Agile releases with robust change and deployment controls.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity for the DHS Public Sector Solutions implementation.
- Design, build, and manage release pipelines, automating deployments across sandbox, UAT, and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Implement Agile practices, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups to deliver incremental value.
- Develop and enforce change management processes, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with a strong understanding of Public Sector Solutions.
- Proven expertise in release engineering, CI/CD, and deployment automation tools.
- Hands‑on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
