About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for a cloud‑based SaaS product, responding to customer inquiries via ticketing system, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, network, and configuration issues on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Document solutions and create knowledge‑base articles to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest product improvements.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response as needed.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related program.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience with Linux/Unix command line and basic Windows administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
