Provide expert technical support for a cloud‑based Sales Performance Management platform, diagnosing and resolving SQL‑related issues, assisting customers, and ensuring data integrity for revenue‑focused organizations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing SQL or data‑related issues within the SaaS platform.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems, collaborating with engineering and product teams as needed.
- Perform data validation, query optimization, and root‑cause analysis to maintain data accuracy and system performance.
- Create and maintain clear, step‑by‑step documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and support guides for internal and external audiences.
- Provide proactive guidance and best‑practice recommendations to customers on data modeling, reporting, and platform usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role, with a strong focus on SQL and relational databases.
- Hands‑on expertise writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries in a SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, CRM/ERP integrations, and data‑driven business processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Spanish) to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tickets, and prioritize urgent issues effectively.
