About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical and machine learning models to predict provider performance, access trends, and financial sustainability.
- Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive analytics pipelines that inform program strategy and decision‑making.
- Create and validate performance metrics related to quality, access, workforce stability, and financial health.
- Collaborate with data engineers, technical assistance staff, and program managers to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Produce clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports that communicate complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model development.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Experience building and deploying machine‑learning models and statistical frameworks in a public‑health or similar domain.
- Proven ability to create data visualizations and dashboards that convey insights to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of turning analytical results into practical program improvements.
