Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and automated scripts for complex enterprise applications.
- Execute manual and automated functional, regression, and performance tests using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Analyze test results, log defects in JIRA or Azure DevOps, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics to inform product quality and release readiness.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote best practices in testing processes and tool usage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software testing experience in large‑scale IT environments.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (Azure).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite, full‑time setting.
