Provide day‑to‑day operational support for RPA bots, handling application, network, database, server and storage issues while maintaining bot configurations and ensuring reliable automation performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the daily operation of RPA bots, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, networks, databases, servers, and storage that affect bot execution.
- Maintain and update bot configurations, schedules, and deployment settings.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and best‑practice procedures for the RPA support knowledge base.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with RPA platforms, preferably UiPath.
- Strong technical background in Windows Server administration, networking, and SQL database troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python for bot maintenance and automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and end users.
