Solutions Architect
Design and lead enterprise‑wide robotic process automation solutions, integrating UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism with existing systems while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define the end‑to‑end RPA architecture and roadmap, selecting appropriate platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate process requirements into scalable automation designs.
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of bots, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security policies, and performance benchmarks.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and governance frameworks for bot lifecycle management, version control, and monitoring.
- Mentor RPA developers and provide technical guidance on best practices, exception handling, and error recovery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing RPA solutions at the enterprise level.
- Deep expertise with at least two major RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong background in solution architecture, including integration with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java for custom activities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
