About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Blue Prism bots in production, ensuring continuous operation and performance compliance.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve bot failures, process exceptions, and runtime errors.
- Manage incident tickets, perform root‑cause analysis, and document resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with RPA developers to implement bot enhancements, patches, and configuration changes.
- Maintain operational dashboards, generate health reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience supporting RPA solutions, specifically Blue Prism.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of resolving production incidents.
- Proficiency in incident management tools and monitoring platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with development, business, and support teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
