About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Python to automate complex business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose automation strategies.
- Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and version control in RPA workflows.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post‑deployment support.
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and user guides for end‑users and support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath.
- Strong programming skills in Python and .NET (C# or VB.NET).
- Experience with enterprise integration, API consumption, and database connectivity.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
