Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated RPA / APA Developer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will leverage Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Microsoft AI Builder, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps to streamline business workflows by integrating automation, artificial intelligence, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze and document processes, identifying opportunities for automation across departments.
- Design and develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) .
- Build intelligent automation solutions by integrating AI Builder , OCR, document processing, and other AI capabilities.
- Develop and maintain workflows using Azure Logic Apps and integrate automation with third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Build and deploy AI models for document understanding, form processing, data extraction, and classification.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with governance, security, and organizational standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support and training to end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing automation solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) .
- Experience with Microsoft AI Builder, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps .
- Understanding of AI concepts, API integrations, cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), and workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred).
- Experience with low-code/no-code application development.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), AI-driven workflows, or virtual assistants.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise applications.
