About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for customers implementing MoveIt Pro, diagnosing and resolving complex robotics and AI integration issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine motion planning, safety‑aware control, and vision‑language‑action policy pipelines.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation, best‑practice guides, and training materials for end‑users.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product teams, gathering feedback to drive feature enhancements.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for high‑impact incidents and implement preventive measures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in robotics software, with deep knowledge of ROS, MoveIt, and motion planning algorithms.
- Strong background in AI integration, including foundation models and vision‑language‑action policies.
- Proficiency in C++/Python and experience with safety‑critical control systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high‑priority support tickets.
