Lead robotics operations and software testing for autonomous vehicle systems, driving quality and reliability through automation, embedded development, and continuous integration using Python, C++, and ROS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for robotics and embedded software components.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate ROS-based systems into vehicle platforms.
- Implement continuous integration pipelines and monitor test coverage, performance, and reliability metrics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in real‑time robotics operations, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Document test plans, results, and best practices to support regulatory compliance and product releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in robotics or automotive software testing.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and test automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
