Software Engineer
Experienced technician skilled in maintaining and servicing autonomous guided vehicles, autonomous mobile robots, CNC conveyors, and actuators. Provides on‑site field support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance across the Central Region.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain AGVs, AMRs, CNC conveyors, and associated actuators in field environments.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules, component replacements, and firmware updates to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and update maintenance logs.
- Provide technical training and support to end‑users and field teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with robotics, AGVs, or AMRs in a maintenance or field service role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC conveyor systems, actuators, and related control electronics.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in diverse field settings.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Region.
