Implementation Engineer
Lead the integration of autonomous industrial robots, leveraging ROS, C++, and Python to develop robust, real‑time control systems for forklifts and tuggers in warehouse environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ROS‑based software stacks for autonomous industrial vehicles.
- Integrate sensor suites (LiDAR, cameras, IMUs) and actuators into the robot control architecture.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to interface embedded controllers and ensure real‑time performance.
- Debug, test, and validate integration in simulated and field environments.
- Document architecture, interfaces, and best practices for cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in robotics software development, preferably in industrial automation.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python, with strong ROS (ROS1/ROS2) knowledge.
- Hands‑on experience with embedded Linux, real‑time operating systems, and hardware interfacing.
- Solid understanding of sensor fusion, SLAM, and motion planning concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
