About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test perception, sensor‑fusion, and state‑estimation algorithms for autonomous platforms.
- Integrate data from cameras, LiDAR, radar, and IMUs within a ROS‑based framework.
- Implement and evaluate SLAM and visual‑odometry pipelines in C++ and Python.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to prototype navigation and planning solutions.
- Document code, conduct performance analysis, and contribute to technical reports.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related program.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
- Experience with ROS and sensor‑fusion concepts.
- Familiarity with computer‑vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV) and SLAM techniques.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
