About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end deployment of robotic and automation solutions across fulfillment, sortation, and distribution centers.
- Evaluate, design, and integrate material handling systems, including conveyors, sorters, and storage robots.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation and commissioning.
- Develop and execute test plans, performance metrics, and validation procedures for new robotic technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and training to site teams on system operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience in robotics or automation deployment.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python and experience with ROS or similar robotics frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of material handling equipment, warehouse automation architectures, and integration techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and meet tight deployment schedules.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
