About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere to automate high‑volume, rule‑based processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and create detailed process maps.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers and analysts, ensuring adherence to coding standards, version control, and documentation best practices.
- Implement monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement plans for deployed bots, using Python scripts for data extraction and reporting.
- Drive governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks for RPA initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development and management, with proven success in large‑scale deployments.
- Proficiency in UiPath and Automation Anywhere, plus strong Python programming skills.
- Solid understanding of process mapping, BPMN, and Agile project management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with governance, security, and compliance in an enterprise RPA environment.
