About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end research and analysis to identify operational risks and events across the organization.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Python, SQL, and visualization tools to support the Enterprise Emergency Operations Group.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for risk mitigation and response planning.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast potential risk scenarios and recommend preventive measures.
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience with Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments is a plus.
