Lead and manage multiple RF test projects, ensuring Apple products meet performance specifications and regulatory standards using advanced RF test equipment and environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end RF test programs across conducted RF stations, anechoic and semi‑anechoic chambers, and custom test setups.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on schedule, maintaining alignment with product release timelines.
- Ensure compliance with government and industry RF regulations, translating requirements into test plans and metrics.
- Analyze test data, identify root causes, and recommend design or process improvements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in RF test engineering and program management within a consumer electronics environment.
- Deep knowledge of RF test equipment, measurement techniques, and regulatory standards (FCC, CE, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
