Experienced RF Test Engineer to lead validation of transceiver boards and antennas for next‑generation fixed wireless access, using spectrum analysis, MATLAB, and Python to ensure performance meets fiber‑class specifications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for RF transceiver boards and antenna modules across multiple frequency bands.
- Perform S‑parameter, gain, noise figure, linearity, and OTA measurements using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and vector signal generators.
- Analyze measurement data with MATLAB and Python scripts to generate performance reports and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with hardware design and firmware teams to troubleshoot issues and validate design changes.
- Maintain test equipment calibration, documentation, and test procedures in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of hands‑on RF testing experience.
- Proficiency in using spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, and automated test setups.
- Strong scripting skills in MATLAB and Python for data analysis and test automation.
- Solid understanding of antenna theory, RF front‑end design, and signal integrity concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
