RF Systems Engineer responsible for the design, maintenance, and sustainment of CK Radar systems, leading technical support and engineering requirements across global deployments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical expertise for CK Radar System operations, including design, integration, and field support.
- Develop and execute sustainment engineering plans, ensuring system reliability and performance across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and implement RF testing protocols, signal integrity analysis, and antenna optimization.
- Provide troubleshooting guidance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for RF system issues.
- Document technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and system updates for long‑term knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RF systems, radar technology, or related sustainment roles.
- Proficiency with RF simulation tools, spectrum analyzers, and antenna design software.
- Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving ability, and effective communication.
- Willingness to travel and support global deployments as needed.
