About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high‑performance RF hardware and subsystems for aerospace and defense applications.
- Perform electromagnetic simulations and modeling using tools such as HFSS, CST, or similar.
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct antenna and RF component testing, and analyze measurement data.
- Integrate RF designs with larger system architectures, ensuring compliance with performance and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to resolve technical issues and drive design improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with a focus on RF/microwave engineering.
- Proficiency in RF design, signal processing, and hands‑on testing of RF components.
- Experience with MATLAB and C++ for algorithm development and data analysis.
- Familiarity with EM simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST) and antenna measurement techniques.
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one; willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
