Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and implementation of signal‑processing algorithms for RF subsystems.
- Develop and validate RF system architecture, providing technical guidance for future product lines.
- Manage requirements, conduct rigorous testing, and analyze results to ensure compliance with DoW specifications.
- Document design decisions, test procedures, and performance data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate RF solutions into larger system architectures.
Requirements
- Advanced degree or several years of experience in RF engineering and signal processing.
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS) and signal‑processing environments (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in test and measurement of RF systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.
