About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and reverse engineer Android malware samples to identify malicious behaviors and persistence mechanisms.
- Use disassembly and debugging tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, OllyDbg) to dissect native binaries and Android application packages.
- Develop custom scripts and automation to accelerate analysis workflows and generate actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with threat intelligence and incident response teams to provide detailed technical reports and remediation guidance.
- Stay current with emerging Android security threats, platform updates, and reverse engineering methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in reverse engineering Android applications and native libraries.
- Hands‑on proficiency with IDA Pro, Ghidra, and related reverse engineering tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
- Experience with malware analysis, threat hunting, or incident response is a plus.
