About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows that automate revenue cycle and finance tasks.
- Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs to enable seamless data exchange.
- Implement OCR pipelines to extract and validate information from scanned documents.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Solution Architect to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliable, high‑throughput automation.
Requirements
- Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) or strong programming background in Java.
- Proficiency in building and consuming APIs (RESTful or SOAP).
- Familiarity with OCR technologies and document processing concepts.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
