About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise retail applications, ensuring optimal performance across omnichannel platforms.
- Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, documenting defects and tracking resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design test scenarios, and validate business logic.
- Analyze system data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to the ERP landscape.
- Provide training and documentation to end users, facilitating smooth adoption of new features.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting ERP systems in retail or omnichannel settings.
- Hands‑on expertise with Infor M3 and related modules.
- Strong knowledge of SIT and UAT processes, including test case creation and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
