Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive Responsible AI strategy aligned with regulatory standards and ethical principles.
- Guide cross‑functional teams in embedding fairness, transparency, and accountability into AI models and data pipelines.
- Assess AI risk, develop mitigation frameworks, and oversee governance processes for AI deployments.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into responsible AI solutions.
- Mentor and lead senior technical staff, fostering a culture of ethical AI innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on ethical AI, governance, or risk management.
- Proven track record leading large, complex AI projects and driving responsible AI practices at scale.
- Deep understanding of AI regulations, bias mitigation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Hands‑on expertise with AI/ML tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
