About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, analysis, and construction oversight for highway and interstate projects, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using AutoCAD and GIS tools.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Conduct field inspections, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues on site.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for client and regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in highway/interstate design and construction management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
