As a researcher, you'll work closely with our team to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and develop new methods for understanding and addressing misalignment. Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or a related field
• Strong background in machine learning and AI research
• Experience with research design, data analysis, and experimental methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
