Software Engineer
Senior Research Scientist to operate proprietary Deep Screening technology, manage library prep, NGS, and hit validation workflows in a lab‑based discovery environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot the Deep Screening platform, ensuring high‑throughput, reproducible data generation for internal and partner projects.
- Design and execute library preparation protocols, including oligo synthesis, PCR amplification, and quality control.
- Perform next‑generation sequencing (NGS) runs, data preprocessing, and initial bioinformatic analysis to identify candidate hits.
- Validate hits through orthogonal assays, antibody engineering, and functional characterization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate findings into downstream development pipelines.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
- Proven expertise in high‑throughput screening, library prep, and NGS workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and hit validation.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑disciplinary collaboration.
