About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI models using Python and machine learning frameworks to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams to integrate AI solutions into hybrid cloud architectures on IBM Cloud and Red Hat platforms.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and performance evaluation to validate model efficacy.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and client‑facing deliverables, supporting strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and enhance reproducible research pipelines, ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience developing production‑ready machine learning models in Python.
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud concepts and experience with IBM Cloud and Red Hat technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Valid TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain) and willingness to work in a security‑sensitive environment.
