Join our team as a Research Scientist / Sr Research Scientist - Small Molecule and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the field of small molecule research. You will design, execute, and analyze experiments to advance our understanding of small molecule interactions and develop new therapeutic approaches.

As a Research Scientist / Sr Research Scientist - Small Molecule, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects, develop and implement new methods and techniques, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance our research goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to investigate small molecule interactions and develop new therapeutic approaches
• Develop and implement new methods and techniques to advance our research goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize research projects
• Analyze and interpret data to inform research decisions
• Communicate research findings and results to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology)
• Strong background in small molecule research and bioinformatics
• Experience with Python programming and data analysis tools (e.g. pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Experience with AWS cloud computing platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
