We’re looking for a highly experienced (7+ years) and intellectually curious Senior Research Scientist to contribute to innovation in Generative AI and applied machine learning. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong critical thinking, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Expertise in Generative AI: LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Applied ML Skills: Semantic search, vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone), hallucination detection, summarization, and model evaluation.
- Strong coding ability in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Solid foundation in ML fundamentals, experimentation, and feature engineering.
- A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.

- A curious mindset and strong critical thinking to tackle complex problems and recommend well-reasoned solutions
