Research Engineer
Lead cutting‑edge research and development of generative AI and foundation models, building and deploying advanced NLP, reasoning, and multimodal systems that plan, retrieve knowledge, and operate autonomously across modalities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct original research on foundation models, generative AI, and reasoning systems.
- Develop, train, and deploy large‑scale multimodal models that integrate text, vision, and other modalities.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research insights into production‑ready AI solutions.
- Publish findings in top conferences and maintain a strong publication record.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with a focus on NLP or generative models.
- Proven experience building and scaling large language or multimodal models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of publishing in leading AI venues.
