Research Scientist, Biopharma Core Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our Biopharma team in Athlone, Ireland. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and development in biopharma, with a focus on applying machine learning and bioinformatics techniques to drive innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and develop new products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply machine learning and bioinformatics techniques to analyze data and drive innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and processes
• Analyze data and develop new insights to inform product development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biopharma and machine learning

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field (e.g. biochemistry, molecular biology, computer science)
• Strong background in machine learning and bioinformatics
• Experience with Python programming language
• Experience with AWS cloud computing platform
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
