Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models that capture complex molecular interactions in biological systems.
- Process and analyze large-scale omics datasets using Python and relevant libraries.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate biological knowledge into AI frameworks.
- Publish findings in scientific journals and present at conferences.
- Maintain reproducible research pipelines and document methodologies.
Requirements
- PhD candidate or recent PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and handling high-dimensional biological data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced research environment.
