About the Role
A Research Fellow position is available in the Centre for Information Sciences and Systems, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The Research Fellow will work on a project to conduct the research on the development of Image/Video Data Analysis and Recovery.
Responsibilities
- Development of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to perform image/video data analysis and restoration.
- Handling project budget
- Managing equipment
- Mentoring students
- Report preparation
Requirements
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field from reputable universities
- Minimum 2-year research experience in related area
- Knowledge and experience in image/video processing and artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C and Python
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch and Tensorflow
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written English
- Good publication records
- Ability to work independently and as a team
