Research Engineer - Speech & Realtime Models

As a Research Engineer on our Speech and Realtime Models team, you will design and develop innovative speech and real-time models that push the boundaries of what is possible. You will work closely with our team of researchers and engineers to develop and deploy new models and technologies that improve the accuracy and efficiency of our speech recognition systems.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining large-scale machine learning models, as well as designing and implementing new algorithms and techniques to improve the performance of our speech recognition systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop speech and real-time models that meet the needs of our users
• Collaborate with our team of researchers and engineers to develop and deploy new models and technologies
• Develop and maintain large-scale machine learning models
• Design and implement new algorithms and techniques to improve the performance of our speech recognition systems
• Work closely with our data engineering team to ensure that our models are integrated with our data infrastructure

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with speech recognition systems and real-time systems
• Proficiency in Python and AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
