About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ROS/ROS2 modules for mobile robotic platforms used in data collection.
- Build end‑to‑end computer‑vision and machine‑learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Implement data infrastructure to ingest, process, and store large‑scale sensor streams from field robots.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research prototypes into production AI systems.
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on algorithms to improve model accuracy and system robustness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ROS/ROS2 ecosystems.
- Hands‑on experience in computer‑vision techniques and applied machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with data pipelines, sensor fusion, and real‑time processing.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
